Job description

Your role at Prism will include:

  • Answering phones and directing calls
  • Managing multiple email accounts
  • Organizing the office (Helping keep office tidy, including board room, kitchen, office cabinets)
  • Organizing mail and couriers
  • Data entry
  • Organizing company events and lunches
  • Greeting guests
  • General filing of documents
  • Miscellaneous tasks to assist Principal, President, COO, OM, PMs and PCs

You should apply to be an Administrative Assistant at Prism Construction only if:

  • You are detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task and prioritize
  • You have strong data entry skills
  • You are self-motivated, results driven, and prefer working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • You are happy and willing to do even the smallest task
  • You enjoy answering phones, managing people and relationships, and have a positive attitude
  • You have a post-secondary education in accounting, or other related education
  • You have extensive experience with MS Office software
  • You have 5 years relevant work experience, ideally in the construction field
  • You possess excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • You have a “can do” attitude and the willingness to be part of a growing and changing company
