Job description

Your role at Prism will include:

  • Keeping tabs on developers within the industry and knowing what’s coming
  • Learning about how Prism works and explaining the process to outsiders
  • Developing and finding leads
  • Involvement in the preparation of proposals
  • Other duties as required

You should apply to be Prism’s Business Development Manager only if:

  • You have been involved in the construction industry for 3+ years and understand the different stakeholders
  • You enjoy being a connector
  • You enjoy setting and hitting goals and targets
  • You enjoy working with different personalities and understanding them
  • The following will be considered assets for your application:
    • 2+ years experience working in commercial real estate in B.C.
    • A large list of contacts within our industry that you keep contact with

Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000 plus performance bonus.
